These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LiyoPlay (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

An account is created automatically when you start playing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any recovery email/phone and password secure. Do not share or transfer your account.

3. Platform credits and in-app items

• The Service is free to play. Some optional items can be obtained using platform credits.
• Platform credits and in-app items are a limited licence to use a digital feature. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
• Except where required by applicable law, purchases of platform credits are final and non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; cheat, exploit bugs or use unauthorised tools; disrupt or attack the Service; infringe others' rights; or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

5. Third-party games and services

The Service offers games and features provided by third parties and uses third-party payment providers. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

6. Intellectual property

The LiyoPlay name, branding and platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiyoPlay will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your place of residence to the extent required, and otherwise by generally applicable principles. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
